My roots are deeply embedded in the fabric of independent and small to medium-sized businesses.
From witnessing my parents run a construction business to a decade-long stint in corporate accounts and operations, my journey led me to collaborate with my husband in managing our booming plumbing business. With John's hands-on approach and my focus on airtight operations for corporate entities like Melbourne Uni, we navigated a decade of continuous growth.
A game-changer was discovering cloud-based software, liberating us from time-consuming tasks. As our business chapter turned, prioritising a harmonious blend of work, family, and life became our focus. Armed with a wealth of skills and trade-specific knowledge, BeeMax Consulting emerged to empower businesses with streamlined solutions.
In BeeMax Consulting's early days, my unconventional work hours as a part-time consultant led me to committees, sports clubs, and various organisations. From working within local basketball associations within the region, I earned a reputation for being a proactive problem solver.
